Cancellations made 60+ days before event: 25% fee. 30-60 days: 50% fee. Less than 30 days: 100% fee. Force majeure events are handled case-by-case.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for their events.

6. Intellectual Property

All event concepts, designs, and documentation remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing.
